Soma & Psyche
About Me.
For more than thirty five years, I have worked in professions devoted to healing, growth, and human development. My path has included clinical psychology, somatic psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, teaching, wilderness guiding, narrative and identity studies, nutritional psychiatry, and psychedelic integration. These disciplines have shaped my work and I have found that lasting change rarely comes from insight alone. It emerges through a deeper relationship with ourselves—through attention, curiosity, embodiment, and the courage to meet our experience as it is. Soma and Psyche was created as a place for that kind of exploration.
