Frameworks and Influences

No framework fully captures a human being. These approaches are used to deepen awareness rather than define identity.
Hakomi

A mindfulness-centered approach to psychotherapy that explores how unconscious beliefs are expressed through the body, emotions, and patterns of experience. Hakomi helps cultivate curiosity, self-understanding, and lasting change through gentle, experiential inquiry.

Polyvagal Theory

A framework for understanding how the nervous system shapes our experience of safety, connection, stress, and threat. It offers practical ways to recognize patterns of activation and support greater regulation, resilience, and engagement with life.

Narrative and Idenity

Human beings make sense of life through stories. Narrative approaches explore the ways our identities are shaped by personal history, culture, relationships, and meaning-making, creating opportunities to revise limiting narratives and reclaim forgotten aspects of ourselves.

Psychedelic Intergration

Psychedelic experiences can open profound questions, insights, and challenges. Integration involves thoughtfully exploring these experiences within the context of daily life, helping translate moments of insight into meaningful and sustainable growth.

Enneagram

A dynamic map of personality that illuminates core motivations, habitual patterns, and pathways for growth. Used thoughtfully, it can foster self-awareness, compassion, and a deeper understanding of how we relate to ourselves and others.

You Science

An aptitude-based assessment that identifies natural talents, interests, and patterns of thinking. It can provide valuable insight for vocational discernment, life transitions, and aligning one’s work with inherent strengths.
